VISA card for 16 yr old

Hey; I need some advice and heard that you guys are the most knowledgeable bunch of moneysavingsexperts. Basically, I would like to open a bank account which will give me a VISA or Mastercard, rather than a basic ATM Cash Card type thing. But there is one (small) stumbling block, I'm 16. Which are the best accounts out…

Visa and Mastercard are both credit cards. You can get Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit cards.
