The sleeping bags were seasonal items which had been reduced with a yellow SEL. I imagine they would be this price in all the stores that stocked them. Sorry I can't give a barcode, but I managed to pick one up that didn't have a cardboard label attached. They also had stripy sleeping bags for about £3.95, which had been reduced by about half, and navy fleece blankets reduced to about a £1 on the same section.
    Hope someone else finds them.

Picked up one of these. Likewise, they tried to fob me off.
First reason for no DTD was "that finished in January".
Second, a call to duty manager who stated "that as it was a checkout operator error, ie they had not manually subtracted the discount, it did not count as DTD. That only came into effect if for instance, an item was scanned twice"!!!
More digging in of heels from me and the guy in charge of the hardware section was summoned. He was very pleasant and instructed CD to give DTD.
    PHEW!! but worth it.
    :T :T :T

hiya i tried this the other day and got dtd, today ive got myself one and they wernt going to honour it, the manager said it was at her discression :rotfl:
haha so i sent other half outside as he was getting a little annoyed (as they do!!) and i calmly said to her that that was fine but they honoured it the other day so should do today. She eventually said ok but we wont honour it again. Thats ok as me and partner now have a phone each on the same network so we dont need another but i was thinking.... what shes basically said is that if i buy another mobile from tesco ....well they are going to overcharge me regardless of the policy which was primted just behind her !!!! mmmm thats not fair is it????? i thought they had to stick to the policy or wouldnt they get into trouble for being discriminative by giving it to one person but not the other ???
