be honest, would you buy from Tesco when you can get these deals a hell of lot cheaper elsewhere, I only buy X-Boxes from Tesco when I know they will let me keep the product and give me my money back.

Really?? Im suprised more cusumers are not as savvy as you lot - Tesco have just claimed the Number.2 position in the UK for entertainment sales in the games sector and i for one have always embraced their prices after being charged upto £10 more for the same item in HMV. Tesco are actually now coming to the end of their contract with EUK who supply Tesco stores with entertainment, they now plan to buy titles 'direct from source' so expect prices to plummet.

and more independant stores to close down after being frozen out by big brother Tesco

They must be the No.1 store for giving them away !, how many companies have given away so many X-Boxes, AND PSP's - answer, nobody

You also claimed that 500,000 people viewing this site would be attracted to the Tesco deals, I think not my friend !, the preople who read this site are as you say "more savvy !"

Independent retailers have been buying their products from source for years - My local independent record shop continually undercuts Tesco on all the latest releases - Their Top.10 albums are all priced at upto 80p less than in Tesco.

Im sure with your support in buying your products from the independent sector they will continue to thrive and also i see illegal downloading more of a threat to the music industry rather than Tesco.
