I ordered sky broadband and they sent me a Sagem refresh router so I called Sky and asked why they had sent a refresh router. Its turns out that there are problems with their sagem router. It unfair that Sky are setting customers up with broadband and not making them aware of the problems. If they had told me when I was setting the broadband up that they would be sending me a refresh router I would said no.
The customer services at Sky is a joke they just transfer you from department to department so I cancel the broadband and I am sticking to 02.

I mean refresh which is what it says on the paperwork that came with the router and when I called the sky broadband department I was told that there were problems with the sagem routers so they have refresh them.
Maybe you are one of the lucky one that has not had any problems with your sagem router. I am not prepared to take the risk so I just cancelled.0 -
If I recall there was a software update that caused problems some time ago, as Sky have their own in the router.
Mine is running 2.8SKY.
Anywho, I think I'll do some digging.

Ive recieved 2 of these refresh routers and they both looked brand new to me.They have just released updated firmware to fix the wifi problem with the router.Should be another update coming to enable full N spec on it too.0
