  • I agree it is the staff I am angry at, orange hater from me is of the service represented by their staff when goes wrong. Pity their customer services is what fails the product or liklihood of staying with them. Hope all goes well for you no matter what you decide :)

    If they sort it Im happy to stay, but dont think even if they let me I will be bothering with the other handset unless is is cheap cheap
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    I have spoken to a manager tonight in customer service, Im really suprissed that their was no notes but they can trace the calls so hopefully they will have recordings. I did explain that the service is good, but the member of staff wasnt.
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
