ORANGE upgrade problems!!!
I phoned orange at start of month to cancel my contract and I was offered a great deal:
400 Mins, 400Txts, W850i Free £10 month, 18 month contract
I recived the 850 but then phoned and asked if i could have W950 and they said yes.
Now after I returned the phone I phoned them up to get the new one. He wants £160 for W950. I siad im not paying give me the W850i he said thats £80!!!
What can I do i said im not paying. does anyone have emial for head office? they cant even figure out when the contracts ment to start. HELLP!!
