I suspect that the OP's ex will not pursue legal action unfortunately. Quite obviously he's contined to deal with this bitter woman in order to support his daughter and be available to her.

No doubt he will be put in the situation of many fathers in our country where he has to put up with the bitter manipulations of a vindictive ex in order to maintain contact with his child.

My opinion hasn't changed - the OP behaved appallingly to the father of her child who had continued to live nearby and offer immediate and continuous support to a child they had together. Ultimately it is the daughter who will pay the price for this behaviour.
