    I also ordered 10 books for £11.50. What a bargain.
    Hopefully i also get a phonecall and order is processed ok.

    I got the lovely old lady too. I bet she was exhausted when she went home tonight.

    I think they do it this way so they cannot have people requesting 'invoices' that are not really schools. Hence the details for schools being requested and them calling you.
  • I got a phone call too, missed it though as I was at work. Going to phone her back tomorrow.

    I placed my order yesterday teatime and I got a call about half 5.
    After I placed my order yesterday, I forgot to put down our ne address as we are moving at the weekend and the lovely lady on the phone said no problem, they should be sent out tommorrow and here friday, just in time for the move.
