            I got the lovely old lady too. I bet she was exhausted when she went home tonight.
 I think they do it this way so they cannot have people requesting 'invoices' that are not really schools. Hence the details for schools being requested and them calling you.0

 After I placed my order yesterday, I forgot to put down our ne address as we are moving at the weekend and the lovely lady on the phone said no problem, they should be sent out tommorrow and here friday, just in time for the move.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
