central heating cover

Hi all, I've got a problem with my boiler which is covered by a central heating policy which until recently has always worked well (the cover and the boiler). Since may 21st we've had the engineers out 14 times and we're still without hot water/heating. They have replaced all sorts of pumps, gaskets and circutboards, but the most they've managed is 24hrs before it breaks down again. I really don't know what to do next. I feel like getting some one from yellow pages to find out what the problem is but then I'm paying for it twice. I don't know if I need a new boiler or they are just incompitent. The engineers say that its a process of elimination I don't know if this is the norm or if they are just fobbing me off. Any suggestions??

Who is your cover with.... with some faults it is a process of elimination.... believe no one wants to replace parts for no reason.
I would be asking them to bring the manufacturer in, if they cant resolve the problemPromo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -
After 14 visits they must have virtually rebuilt the boiler surely? No free lunch, and no free laptop
