Not to me - it makes me very happy! Want to start it as a business at some point in future when I can wind down my current job.
Just noticed your location as Wigan (I am in Chorley) so if I do set up a business I will get back in touch see if you house has sold hehe.
Anyway good luck with the viewings (great that you have 3 so your house must have stuff going for it!).0 -
I would go with the option of stuffing as much 'junk and clutter' into bags, labels them up and stuff them in the car. Then if you think it looks odd park the car away from your house.
Some people will not be able to see the space 'behind' the stuff.
Good luck,
Oh maybe try 'Kirsty and phil trick of putting the oven on with some vanilla essence on a baking tray, to make it smell and feel nice???--- Fat club weight loss -- Started 10th April 2015

How did it go Paul?
Never hurts to let slip you have 3 viewings in one day, it will stop the others putting in a pantsy offer.
Phrases like "Wow, I never thought my humble home would have got this much interest" "Perhaps I pitched the price a bit too low""I just want a buyer that is quick off the mark, offers me the best deal, and can complete quickly" should hopefully put 3 prospective purchasers on alert, so if they really want it, they will go full asking price, and may even offer a 10% safety net above asking price.0
