Ryanair Priority Boarding, Liverpool/Faro

2»

Comments

  • I have noticed that there are very few priority boarders at Liverpool and no, there is no bus just sometimes a fair walk to the plane.
However in the school hols there are obviously more families travelling and so perhaps priority boarding may be desirable.

It always infuriates me when boarding the plane that people faff about getting the seats nearest the front and all the time the flight attendants are telling people to move down the plane where there are plenty of seats.
Therefore we always get on at the back and have a choice of seats, whilst there is a scrum going on for ages at the front:mad:

Twice this year when we have flown to Malaga all passengers have had to use the cage for handluggage, and plenty of scraped knuckles to show for it. There again on the return flight if the plane was late taking off there was only a token show of this.

it wont leave any sooner or land any sooner, and it is a short flight, so what is the worse that can happen...

Nobody would be allowed to sit with their hand luggage between their knees,if you are a family of three including a young child and no 3 seats together are available then you would be allowed to use 3 of the "blocked off" seats, where there are "blocked off" seats you can stow your hand luggage above these, greedy boarders do NOT have to scrum as they have their own plush carpeted free drinks and nibbles queue.
    Political?....I dont do Political....well,not much!

Liverpool DOES have buses to take people to planes.

Whether they are used or not for your specific flight you will find out on the day

You will NOT be allowed to use a blocked off row. In Faro buses are used, so wouldn't bother there. If I was you I'd check in for the flight the day before. Then if you have a high sequence number (say over 170 (this will give you a better idea of the loads)) maybe purchase priority at the airport when you check your bags in/at ticket desk. As long as you're not last on your son won't be sat unaccompanied but you may not get a row depending on how many people get on before you.
