Monarch - Alicante - Manchester - terminals?

Hello. I'm flying Monarch airlines for the first time from Alicante to Manchester but I have no idea about the terminal numbers. The departure terminal and also the arrival terminal in Manchester.
Please could someone tell me, thanks. I searched on google but could only find ones for easyjet etc.
Also if possible I'd like to book and airport transfer, so if anyone could recommend a good and cheap service, that would be great.

That's great thanks. Almost half way there. Now I need to find the departure terminal from Alicante and also a decent airport transfer service/taxi.0
