talktalk have been intergrating me since april, after 4 registrations 3 of which have been cancelled without explanation, still waiting on the results of the 4th, they said give them 3 weeks that was at the beggining of the month, i was advised to stay on tiscali by one of the opararators, another told me tiscali accounts would be dead after the 7th of may, ( still here) anybody out there still on tiscali ? or if you have recently left, did you go onto talktalk, thanks

I've been with Tiscali for years but presume i'm on talktalk now as the bills come from them. I've never migrated from one to the other i just carried on with what i was doing and let the direct debits go out as usual...
Did you get a letter saying about moving to talktalk and you replied etc? if i remember correctly i got one of those and it was asking if i wanted to join talktalk - basically getting me to sign up to a new contract.. I just binned it as Tiscali are now talktalk anyway and i'm not tied into any contract to them.

    thanks for your reply,
i got all the rubbish off of talktalk saying that tiscali was now part of the talk talk group, i didnt sign up as they said i would have to change my phone number, i did that unloop thing at the exchange years ago when they offered a one off charge and you didnt have to pay a landline charge, ive been with tiscali from day one when they took over some other company i was using, im currently paying between £19 a month which went up to £24 once when my daughter rang a few mobiles, im geting the 8meg unlimited package with anytime calls and international calls , so ive got no incentive to move, my last chat with talk talk they said they cant check my bills or cut me off as they have no access to my tiscali account( not sure thats true) so if tiscali dosent exsist and they cant cut me off who am i paying and will it ever change?, i cant log into my tiscali account as it dosent recognise my account details, i thought this might be a password error on my be half, so i requested a new password, asked me for an email address, didnt recognise my email, i presume this is because it ends in tiscali.co.uk, im also on paperless bills, the last bill i got was in january according to my bank details and was talktalk,

I have just moved from tiscali 8Mb Max, plus anytime calls to the equivelant Talk Talk account. I did this as TT phone users recieve free calls to 0845 0870 numbers etc. My mum in law has had a stroke so we were calling these number quite often which was racking up our monthly bill. I had looked around to find a better overall deal which I did find with BT. I then called TT to ask for MAC code and was put throught to costomer retention dept. I was offered the same package as BT so no need to move if I agreed to this offer. I agreed and then it became complicated...
The guy on the phone did not put me on anytime calls with TT and the cost of my calls was put onto my bill. I called to complain and after much ado I was refunded the price of my calls and given 3 months free line rental to cover the "upgrade" to anytime calls. The other alternative was to write in and request that the telephone conversation with the firt TT agent to be listened to to confirm what I was saying.....Really!!!
To be fair the second chap I spoke to who corrected my account was puzzled by the actions of numpty who had screwed up my account and was very helpfull. But what should have been a straightforward process turned into a complicated affair.

can you still receive emails to your tiscali account? try changing the tiscali.co.uk to talktalk.net and see if it logs you in - just in case they've migrated you over.
