I personally like to see floorplans, I like to visualise where every room is and don't like adverts without...0

The pictures are poor quality - there are a lot of the staircases - and the ones of the rooms dont show them to their best !0

Def get a new photo of the outside on a nice clear day and while the agent is there get them to take all new photos of the inside with the lens in focus.
As much as I love the St George flag, I would get the agent to take it at an angle that cuts it out, no one wants to see that in a photo.0 -
It looks quite nice despite the gloomy weather and inside looks newly refurbished. But... most of the photos are blurry! They should be retaken using a tripod or at least someone with a steady hand
for example I can't see whether the kitchen is any good or not.

Surely your friend didnt sign that brochure off, the blurry photos are giving me a headache!0

You could get rid of/conceal the cabling in photo 7, it's the focal point of the photo.0

And why are there 2 dark marks in the upper left corner of all the pix? Ah, dirty camera lens.
The wall above the radiator in photo 10 looks dirty, as does the left hand wall in the next photo.0 -
1) Return to the agent and tell them to do their job - good photos, no smelling pistakes etc etc
2) Any chance of staging the property with furniture for pics
3) Room sizes look small - I'd want a floorplan to see the options for combining/changing
4) Lose the St Georges Flag0
