Vodafone Help

I have 2 Iphones and packages with Vodafone that me and my OH use but un be known to me Vodafone have been charging me for 3 packages for the last 12mths.

I have phoned them today and they are aware that a package is not being used and have agreed to refund me 6mths money.

Is this acceptable or should I demand the full 12mths back. It is partly my fault as I didnt notice this but I dont get bills apart from my own on my phone app every mth

Surely you would notice the huge amount being taken from your bank account every month?!

If you sign for a contract, but don't use it, this cannot be a reason for not paying for it.

This depends on whose error it was originally. If it was their error, demand the full refund. If it was your error, be happy that they refund you for 6 months.

Only signed a contract for the 2 phones. Was sent a sim card through the post for the 2nd contract but it didnt turn up so rang them and they sent a new one, looks like this is where it all got mixed up
