broadband with no minimum contract

does anyone know which broadband providers don't have a 12 month contract. my parents want broadband at their holiday home which they only use for 9 months of the year, and dad refuses to pay for 12 months when he will only use it 9 months. thanks

  • Nearest I can give you is Metronet which charges only £10.00 per month and extra for usage up to a maximum price, not usage.http://www.metronet.co.uk/adsl/paygo#
    I don't know of anyone who will charge only for the 9 months as you would have to go through the application route again.
    Down south where, unfortunately, the government does remember us.

    if you disconnect your service you have to pay activation again.
    so a 9 month option is really not worth it!
    loads of isps that offer no contract (or 3 month)
