    Because she wants a refund or replacement?

    Why would any company send out wardrobes that have not been paid?

    If op left them behind then say :wave: :wave: to any chance of a remedy.
    If she left the items behind then tried persuing it via the courts I doubt a judge would award anything since it would be less than 2 weeks between reporting the issue and disposing of the goods.

    As frustrated as op may be and as incompetent as Littlewoods may be acting OP has a duty of care.

    Although I understand why op would be so annoyed... I don't understand why they can't take them with them also. If they hadn't been damaged they wouldn't be leaving them behind.

    Hi there

    Is it littlewoods direct or littlewoods .com not sure if they are both part of shop direct try calling there freephone number 0800 180000.

    Also not sure if this works for large items but for smaller items on my account i can log into my account and arrange a return and select what day the courier will come.

    They are part of the same group.

    One of the operators told me in next few months if you dial the free phone numbers for a different catalogue to the one you have or you dial the first line and your account isn't eligible for first they will ask to dial back on the 0844 number. quite strange really

    I'm awaiting the posts stating "OMG I Dialed an 0800 number and was told to dial back on the 0844 number can I claim compo"

    I am having similar probs to the OP. I bought a table and chair set from Very (who are part of the same group). The table arrived and one of the legs was badly damaged. I telephoned on the 0844 number and was told they would need to contact the upholstery dept and I would get a response within 2 days. I also decided to send an email to ensure it was followed up (got the same reply to the email). Now a week later I have heard nothing. I have just sent one further email and am hoping for a more positive reply.
