postage refund from very

Hi all After a little advice ordered 3 items from cat returned all 3 items and was refunded for goods but not refunded postage, i have just phoned them up and said that the items were not suitable and was told that they only refund postage on returned items if they are faulty. Is this correct please, many thanks in advance.

Did you just send the items back or did you actually cancel the order using the DSR and contact them before sending them back ?

If you didnt then they will just presume you send them back under there own money back guarantee.
