What is a bank internal score?

Hi everyone, can you give me a little advice please? I was in my bank today and a customer advisor asked me to go into a side room and whilst there, they told me I had a internal score of 3 but I didn't get to ask what it meant because the branch was very busy. I felt guilty of taking up their time. The customer advisor offered me the chance to book an appointment to speak with them in more details which I said yes to because I could see they were rushed off their feet and didn't want to keep them any longer than necessary.
Many thanks

It's all about your history with the bank, if you haven't had any defaults and you're profitable for them it will be good. No idea what the 3 means, 3 of out of what? lol0

3 out of 10 maybe? lol,
never heard of this before and never been invited by TSB OR HSBC to see them about an 'internal score' 0_o• HSBC (Main A/C)
• Halifax Back up A/C
• Lloyds (Spending) A/C
• RBS Back up A/C
• Barclays Old A/C

Yeah, it's not something I've ever heard of myself actually! I think it was more of a throwaway remark really because the customer advisor just said "oh, you're a 3" and it left me thinking hmm, what does that mean? xxx0 -
did they take you into a room to specifically tell you this?
sounds daft0 -

No, the customer advisor had hoped to discuss private things with me but their manager wanted them out front dealing with the very long queues in the branch. I can see where your coming from though, so don't worryxxx

Are you taking about Natwest or RBS by any chance?
If your a 3 with them thats a very good thingIm an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
Possibly LTSB, their risk band goes from 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest risk; so from the sounds of things they were trying to use the fact that the computer likes the way you run your account to sell you credit-related products that you probably don't need but would make them a tidy profit...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

LTSB is 1 - 9, and the random 99 and 98.0

Which bank was this? they are either trying to flog you something or they wish to "speak" with you over an issue.
If it's Natwest, that's a good score."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0
