UK Assistance - Anyone used them?

Failed at the last hurle.

This garage U.K. Assistance of Normanton nr' Wakefield did not complete the repairs to my Jaguar which were sustained in the crash, the bodywork repairs were fine, however they did not carry out the electrical damage, they said that I would then have to contact my Insurance company for authorisation, they let me drive away with my dash board lights lit up like Blackpool illuminations, I drove it straight down to the Jaguar garage and they immediately identified the problem and told me that I should not have been driving it as I could have damaged my Catalytic convertor, (U.K. Assistance my eye) totally unprofessional in their advice, customer care and service. Contacted Privilege Insurance with a complaint and they gave me the run around, very sorry but do this do that and get a report from Jaguar and we will get back to you. (Looks like they have lost another customer) they are as good as insinuating that it was a pre existing fault with the electrics, they will do anything to scam you and not pay out on a legitimate claim.
Just heard from the Jaguar garage 2hours later, the fix is complete and the bill is £135-65p. therefore for the sake of 2hours work and £135 quid these two companies have lost one irate and thoroughly disgusted consumer.
