What happens when ESA phone you to say and ask you to take the egg photos again coz they weren't right (too close apparently). I told them I couldn't go back as its too far away for one visit and I only went that distance as I did a cluster of 7 in that area. Will I still get paid for that visit or will they just knock the photo fee off? Anyone had any experience of this happening?0

Last year I had an email saying my photos weren't good enough and they knocked some off the fee.....20% of a GR fee. But the shop was inside a shopping precinct and I was stood with my back to the shop opposite :mad:0

What is everyone's verdict on TERN? I am getting a tad pee'd off with them. I apply for anything and everything they have in Leeds and they always give it to someone else. I have a score of 9 and have done about 10 visits for them. Errrr.
PS. I'm talking like 20 out of the last 20 visits I have applied for have gone to others. Not just 1 or 2.0 -

I haven't even managed to get one job yet  even the 30 mile away ones0 -
Mimi what type of jobs...?? Try emailing them direct I find building a bit of a rapport with them helps.0

I'm having a very good month so far (I assume cos i had nearly 2 months off and i'm not barred from anything).
Nearly reached my personal best (26 jobs in a month, done twice). Does anybody else keep track of how many they do? I must admit not going to be very good in comparison to the full timers, but I do have a full time job, weekend bf etc and I do stay very close to home!! so don't think my record is to bad.
How about everyone else?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Everything. They just give them all to others. Might not bother in the future. Will try and email them next time I see some maybe? Thanks pet.
I'm an email person but TERN are phone people, it really helps to ring. They are run off their feet mostly so just won't realise. They have a lot of written shoppers too so will just allocate as quickly as possible. If you ring them, they're really nice.0 -

Thanks for that pet. Will give them a call if I see any in the future that interest me.
For those of you that purchased some jewellery for a BARE visit and wanted to sell it: I sold mine on eBay and it sold for £5 short of the price I paid.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend. Enjoy . . . .0 -

I do keep a track of mine on excel - just so I know which jobs have been invoiced/paid as some of mine are paid direct. It also helps me keep an eye on my earnings and motivates me to SAVE the money instead of it getting absorbed into the household expenses. I'm retired and I certainly have never got up to 26 jobs in a month but I admit I do 'cherry pick'
Well done you!:TSmall victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0
