squidgem, misssarehleigh, mimi1234 and berbastrike. I'm sure in real life you're very nice people when meeting stangers, but on here you come across as rude, unaccommodating and conderscending.

"I see someone is new and has a made a mistake."

"Ridicule him and ban him for life!!!"

    "Yeah, BURN HIM"

Like i said though, you'd probably be nicer face to face.

DPJames, if you want to add comments to the board without the reaction above take a look at the first post, particularly the confidentiality section....

General practice on the boards is not to directly name a company or the fees payable, as this leads to lower fees or (the direct view of a MS company who posts here) is that if you say that there are jobs available at Myco limited for Boots (Just an example! not a real MS company) staff from Boots will then join the company in order to learn the brief or to give themselves top marks....

You'll see reference to a number of shops (noteably Gap Burgers) where the retailer knows the mystery shop criteria backwards - they then immediately identify you and if they don't like your shop report back - you then won't be paid and (potentially) get sacked from making future reports for the client.

You can show others that you are trying to genuine by removing the theme park and london attraction names in your previous post.

cryptic means not immediately identifiable, read the confidentiality bit in the first post again, particularly:

E.g: Don’t mention “B&Q”, or refer to it as “The orange DIY store with two initials”. Simply refer to it as “A DIY store” as there are more than one DIY stores!

Then, you'll see what you posted was immediately (and specifically) identifiable

I'm 99% sure that you're trolling, and against my better judgement, I'm replying to you...

You'll find that I specifically request people not to try and be cryptic on the Alerts thread. Some attempts at being "cryptic" easily name the client.

    Shoe shops
    Chemists
    DIY shops
    Toys shops
    etc

These are what I'd like to see as alerts. Sadly, many do attempt to be cryptic and fail emphatically.

How do some companies get their reports so right, and others so wrong?

Just done a report for GR and it reminded me how logical their format is. Enough room for all the information, without asking me the same question ten times.

Wish some of the others would take note!

I agree GR is one of the better report writers, but their 255 characters on some responses sucks!
