I'm sure I remember reading it being asked before, but a fair while back, and I promise I have searched over the last couple of threads before asking... :)

The Abai catalogue shop with 2 visits, a purchase and refund, what do you put for the Time Out? The time out of the first visit, or the second??
I'm sure either way probably wouldn't matter and it wouldn't get picked up as being wrong, but I'd rather get it right!! :D

There are two time entries, one for each visit. So in and out for both Purchase and Return.

I can't believe small shops can go so quick, ten minutes after the alert and 6 minutes after the e-mail and not one of the 6 mentioned on the e-mail are left. They have left lots of burgers though. Are they really that great? I've never managed one yet.

I didn't manage to get one of those Gap ones either. Annoyingly I had been online all evening, I put the computer down to do ironing and miss a job. I knew ironing was a bad idea!

Ironing's always a bad idea. Have you ever got one of them?

No, not one of those. I've done other small supermarkets/convenience stores, but not the GAP one.

It only seems to have one time in and one time out.
I've just gone for the time out of the second one as that's technically when the job was finished. Abai seem more competent than some, so should be fine. If it was RE I would expect a query as to why I was in the shop for so long!

The jobs I have done have always needed two lots of in/out times to be entered, just like Tudorc1 says. The reports I did on Saturday definitely asked for two lots of times. The first page of the report (where you upload receipt) is where the purchase visit times usually go. The return/refund visit times appear later in the report. I can't see why it would have changed mid wave.

    Thanks guys. :D
Just me being impatient - it did ask for the second visit times later in the report. When I asked I was on the general info type page (left and right, receipt etc).
I do wish you could see all of the report at the start though.

Could you pm me the name of this client please.

    Thanks

MSRyan, if it's the Gap ones you're asking about - go onto the orientation page on their site and it has the client there.
