Well, what do you know... today I slipped in undercover, no gap burger floor show for me! It was busier than normal, and a new place, and I think I got a newbie as the poor chap couldn't understand what I meant, even though I reading off the menu board behind him. He did run off after I asked for a receipt so he was either going to have a cry or alert the manager... who knows. I think I prefer the royalty treatment! Haa...0

I stopped for a burger meal and drink yesterday as a quickstop fuel on a big circuit of other jobs as the store I was auditing was next door and decided to ask for a receipt, and yes, got the full floor show inc the not subtle girl saying I think its this customer, to the manager through the drink section.
The cleaner came out wiping tables, including mine as I got to it, and then came back asking if everything was ok with the food, I said yes, but there was a slight GAP getting served from when I joined the queue and turned back to my food smiling, she shuffelled off back in, prompting the manager to then do a floor show asking customers if they were ok and directing customers to an open till he had just arranged... why cant they be like that all the time, not just when they think they are being assessed !!
hope the real gap assessor gets them when their guard is down now !0 -
I know that we have to keep records from MS companies for various amounts of time, but can anyone tell me how long we need to keep things for the tax man and whether we need to keep everything we would keep for an MS company eg job notes, receipts etc or can we scrap the notes and just keep receipts and parking tickets. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks0

Right, I need to make enough to build an extension then. Could it be tax deductable as it's needed to store MS paperwork?I'm running out of storage space already and I've not yet done one year. Any storage tips?
