From the comments on this thread, there is no way I'm working for Bare till they sort out their payment act. Give me GfK, Grassroots, ESA and RE anytime. They are the most reliable payers.

Flower, they do pay, or they did pay me, it's just 2 months after the visit was done. I think that's when they pay now, 2 months later.

RE money hit my bank today, so that was cool as they owed me a fair bit.

I really like GFK visits, but the website and their job release annoys me. I wish they would shove all the phones on at once as well as the banks. I can't get any circuits lined up!!!

Had a really bad day today. Managed to break my covert camera and its going to cost £155 to replace the broken bit. Nightmare!

Thankfully, the company have let me reschedule to Monday and I have paid extra for special delivery.

On top of that I was caught speeding, so just booked a speed awareness course for £84. Expensive day today.

what part did you break sometimes you can fix them at home if its wiring-- also there are a few ppl that can fix! lemme know

Yes, I've pulled the wire clean out. So the bit with the camera and microphone is separate to the bit that I plug into the PVO. It has come out of the section where the two wires join. So I have two going in and none coming out. Not sure if I've described it okay.

I've not worked for Bare for over a year but have just picked up 2 jewellery jobs. Don't care if they take 2 months to pay so long as they pay in the end. Wanted one of these bracelets for ages so this will be a good start.

My wife's been getting one on the 'MS installment plan' :D
  • Quick question - I had a phone call yesterday from gap asking if I'd do a job today, and they'd paid extra. I agreed, but when I downloaded the paperwork, and on the "my assignment " page there is no mention of the extra fee. Does this sound right? I have sent them a message, but when i have done that in the past they ignored me!
    :DPlease, pretty please!:D

Exchange rate it quite good at the moment, so the reimbursement you end up getting is almost as much as you spend! Good luck, hope you enjoy the shop!

  • Esa: I have a myserty shopping job if your interested?
    Me: What?
    Esa: Travel
    Me: Where?
Esa: (Says name of home town)
    Me: Fee?
    Esa: (insert crappy fee here)
Me: Um, sorry, but for the time that isn't enough. By the time i've spent 30/45 mins in store and written the report, it doesn't work out at minimum wage does it?
    Esa: ah
Me: Sorry, it's just not enough for the time
Esa: I'll let you know of the fee goes up then
Me: yes please, thanks for the offer though

Lol this sounds very similar to what I got the last time, although whoever it was on the end of the phone asked if I had any morals when I said I would happily do the visit for £X (4 times what it was on the board).

Then there was the phone call asking me to travel from Hamilton to Dunoon.

Strangely after I told him that I had no morals I haven't had a phone call since. And I love how they now say that they are phoning from ESA Head Office. They make it sound like they are multinational and that they are dead important.
