So very true. I did another one this morning and for the second scenario I was pounced on by the store manager offering assistance literally seconds after I'd reached the right department!

BARE have never been fast payers even when you had to do the £300+ first class trains a few years back!
£300!!! I'd be rather concerned from the start about having to cough up that much outlay and then having to wait a month or three to see if you get it back. Was the fee worth all the worry and anxiety?0 -

It was first class and I went to London and then came back 20 minutes later. It was fun. Got food in the restaurant both ways and then drinks and biscuits too.
I was worried that I wouldn't get paid and that Bare was like a scam company, but it all went really well.
I've always ended up doing some wild first jobs to get my rep up with companies. The dude from Helion used to work for Bare back then and he was really helpful, bless him.
RM are good. Big spends always get reimbursed within 3 to 5 days.0 -

People who use that site know what I am referring too. I put the alert up same as everyone else, to give people a heads up. Take it or leave it.0 -

Those that did the last round of tech audits for GFK have just been sent an email offering the same sort of thing next week you need to reply by tomorrow if you want to do them just incase you have not seen it.0

Nothing sinister about this - it's about your attitude to risk in financial investments, so they can decide whether a financial assignment is suitable to be put your way. Possibly therefore these are for more mature MSers who are used to investing?
That does not make sense. If I pretend I adore <generic chicken based take away> food, I can pretend to be a high risk "stocks and shares" kind of guy, a sitting on the fence "balanced portfolio" kind of guy or a "stick it all in UK bonds" low risk taker. My natural attitude is irrelevant to work - which is a job and I can assume any attitude they want me to - even if it means bending over their crazy briefs.
Still think this request was odd and should be explained by them, or ignored by us................ Have you ever wondered what
