I don't want to post the Clients name as I don't want to promote a 'Reaction', but is it just me or have the fees dropped a lot !.

    AAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhh I see.

Can I blame missing that on the man flu i have?

    Symptoms are:
    * Feeling very sorry for myself
    * Taking time off work and going back only to cat nap when I get home
    * I honestly believe my cold is the worst one experienced by any human in the history of the world

    I feel I have made my case:D

I had the following email from RE at 9.30 this morning:

    "Dear Shopper,
You currently have a mystery visit in your account that was due to be carried out yesterday for XXXX and the report completed by today.
This is just a friendly reminder that your report is due for submission and is approaching the reporting timeframe stated within your assignment notes. Each set of assignment notes will show you the time allowed to complete the report, this is calculated from the time you leave the location.
In instances where the initial reporting timeframe is not met you will be deducted 2 points. On this occasion we have provided a final extension of 11am tomorrow morning.

Please refer to the FAQs on your shopper homepage for more information regarding points..

For shoppers where this is a continuous issue, this could result in the assignment(s) being released from their account with the possibility of a quality review conducted by our Shopper Training and Support Team.
We hope that you enjoyed your visit and we look forward to receiving your report. If you have any further queries please contact the appropriate
member of our support team, whose details will be found on your assignment notes.
This is a courteous reminder and if it does not apply to you then please disregard the information above."

Is this a standard email that is always sent out after a certain time? I didn't finish the shop until around 10pm, and it was nearly 11pm by the time I got home, which is why I didn't do the questionnaire yesterday. I have 24 hours to complete it, so it's not like the deadline is imminent, as I still have several hours. Just worried by the talk of docking points and providing an extension (which I don't need!).
  • I got my 1st job this morning! Yeah! Never done this before so any tips?? I've read through all the paperwork and think i know what i'm doing.

Sorry if this shouldn't be posted here.

Their system sends these emails out, just get the report done when you can... rule of them try before 11am the next day.

Take your time, relax, make notes on your phone and if you get a chance (e.g toilet break or changing room) review the notes of what you need to look out for and fill in what you can.

When you get out go away from the shop and spend some time checking the questionnaire again so if you've forgotton anything you can pop back in!

Hmmm. Just done an oriental for the secret eating company. My guest ordered a new chicken dish. It's not on the drop down menu so I can't answer the questions about it. What do I do? Submit it anyway or do I just pick another dish? HELP!!!
