In the original email when you accepted the assignment there should be a link to the questionnaire, try this.
Berba - unfortunately we're there to report on a snapshot in time. If it's busy and the place is untidy and queues are long then that is what you report. If it allows you to comment you could say things like you thought the wait was ok since they were busy, but the managers/people who read the report should know if you went to a supermarket at peak time that the waiting time will likely be longer. On the flip side, perhaps they need more staff so that the customer experience is the same regardless of whether it's busy or not!0 -
This question has been asked quite often lately so I've added it to the FAQs at the beginning - and have used your reply as the answer, Serendipity, hope thats ok!We’ve had to remove your signature. I don't think the link Serendipity is thinking about is in the "2 days until you shop" email, it's in the original "your job is now confirmed" email.0 -

Just to mention re the link in the GAP emails, they never work for me unless I change them slightly. They always come out with a space in them, which then puts a '%20%' in the address bar, which I have to manually remove.0

I am doing a petrol job for abai, I am just buying goods in the shop. Can I buy petrol while I am there or would the shop be invalid if I have an additional purchase showing on the receipt?0

I don't want to post the Clients name as I don't want to promote a 'Reaction', but is it just me or have the fees dropped a lot !.0
