Any one else getting a bit scared now? I shouldn't be seeing as ds1 is 7 but keep thinking about how in 1-2 weeks I'm guna have a baby again, But this time oh works nights I think maybe that's part of the worry being alone during the night,

i`m scared now Jacobsmum, i`m hopefully getting induced today (i have to ring at 3pm i must remember) lol

after all this moaning about being overdue i keep thinking to myself a *few* more days wont hurt...

Well that has to be THE worst nights sleep ever!

Shooting pain in my left side and down my left arm. Couldnt get comfy however i lay. Awake every half an hour or so. :-(

My cousin started having contractions yesterday. 39 +6 and her first baby! Waiting for news to arrive. :j

That's exciting lozzy u might have ur baby by the end of the day! Exciting but scary!
Aww ul be having cuddles soon!
I'm trying to keep my mind occupied by tidying the house but keep getting annoyed at the fact oh and ds1 are sat watching tv instead of helping!! Grrr men xx

hey all love the cake. the practical me is thinking how do you cut that! lol

I am off to take DD1 to a birthday party and aim to hit asda and pop into town to get bra, and slippers while she is there! wish me luck

Due date for me tomorrow and am still getting the low down cramps and back ache but other than that nothing is changing - so far its looking like my prediction of me being late is starting to come true, MIL will be very upset i havent popped overnight as she wanted baby here today lol

Angel delight - there must be something in it, i had to buy loads the other day for no reason other than i wanted some lol, am thinking that i might have to do some for after lunch

We are waiting in for the coal delivery this morning, half a tonne is arriving which we are thinking should last us through the winter and hopefully leave us some for next year - its our first year with the open fire so not sure how much we will use, and what with me being at home all the time our guess is a lot lol.

Am trying to think of something to do tomorrow so that we dont spend the due date answering the phone and telling everyone that Elvis is still firmly in the building, might suggest to OH that we go to the cinema

Flu jab i had it back in February - mainly becuase i decided that it was better than getting swine flu or proper flu and being ill, plus at the time there was a lot of talk about the dangers of catching it - if they offer it me again as a top up i will definately take it! I am firmly in favour of vaccinations

Mrs T thanks for the warning about pelvic floor exercises. I am very bad at doing them. Didn't realize they would help prevent prolapse. Sorry you have suffered it. Hope it doesn't make things too difficult for you!

Another 3 weeks for me. Really want baby out now so not too worried about the birth or looking after the new arrival. I'm confident life will be more comfortable after baby is born. Did realize this morning that the house will be more noisy and smelly though :-) have already stocked up on matches and scented candles.

Well we did it!!! And I've finally managed to find a few minutes to log on.

Eva was born on Monday morning, 4:43am weighing 6lb 8oz, 34cm head circumference (reasonably close to 10cm dilation!!) and 51cm long. Will post birth story on Monday when I'm on my on (had mum and oh home all week which is great but doesn't give me more than a few minutes when I'm not 'resting' feeding changing etc - noone realises how desperately I've been wanting to update)

Breastfeeding going well and we've even managed a few trips out.
