Can anyone tell me what the process is with Orange for Paying off my contract early mainly with time scales etc, I want to then request my PAC code.
I know that you usuall have to pay your monthly fee multiplied by the number of months remaining.

Dear Orange. I want to cancel my service with you as your company is a stinking pile of poo. I request my PAC code and a final bill.
I'd say "Regards" but honestly I don't think you're worth the steam off my urine.

Hi foxtrot_mike
You can contact Customer Services to request a PAC at any time. They should be able to provide this by text message within two hours of the request. This code would then be valid for a period of 30 days.
They would also be able to confirm the cancellation fee which would be applied. This would be the equivalent of your monthly Service Plan charge, minus VAT, for the remainder of your agreement term.
I hope this helps!
