I decided that I was fed up trawling the High Street/web for a Wii so decided to bite the bullet and pay a bit over the odds and get 1 on ebay. When I was looking, I noticed someone 'selling' (for £3!) a link to a Wii stock locator. 5 seconds later, a Google search came up with the following site. I watched it for a couple of hours, nothing changed, bought one on Ebay, and 5 minutes late up popped that they had them on Gamestation!!

Anyway, though those of you searching may like this for free!!

    Thanks for the link!

  • I too discovered the wii stock checker site last week and waited. I was still checking any other retailer web sites I could think of and I'm pleased to say I picked up my Wii today from Woolworths after finding one on their site. £214 with Mario Party 8 game. :T

Can't believe the search is over - now all I have to do is find Wii Play!!! That seems to be even harder to find.

    :o
Keep searching - reasonably priced Wiis are out there - albiet briefly!!

Similar story, after the Wii, I looked for Wii play, which I got from Ebay - with the additional handset for £42 including delivery. Given the prices elsewhere, thought that this wasn't bad. HTH

It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die
