I have seen the other threads on here about the Wii.
I'm thinking about buying one and have seen the bundles. My question is there will be 2 of us playing it so what extras do I need to buy.
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

This is a good deal but currently out of stock - hxxp : / / www. play . com/ Games/Wii/4-/13193908/Black-Nintendo-Wii-Console-including-Wii-Sports-+-Wii-Sports-Resort-+-Wii-Fit-Plus/Product.html?add=13193908

I am waiting for it to come back into stock.

If you buy a Wii on its own, you will only get One WiiMote. Ideally you want to buy a further seperate WiiMote and 2 Nunchucks (they connect to the base of the WiiMotes), one for each WiiMote. This will then allow you to play and get the most out of, the majority of the games.

Wii Motion Plus is a new add on which plugs into the bottom of your WiiMote and makes your movements a lot more realistic and accurate. It's definetly worth getting for getting the most out of all the new games that support it. Again, you will need one each for every WiiMote you have.

Most packages come with one nunchuk.....We're finding one enough for the moment, you only need two if you know your going to play boxing against each other for example....

Standard Wii consoles come with one remote controller and one nun chuk. As a minimum, you will need to buy one more remote controller and perhaps another nunchuk.

You might also want some sort of charging device for the controllers if you will be heavy users.
Hoping this year is better than the last. :)

    Hi and happy new year,

The only two things you will definitely need are two controllers and I'd imagine you'd get at least 1 controller whenever you buy a Wii.

After that it depends what games you want to buy. A nuntchuk may be necessary depending on the game. If you like driving games you could always get a racing wheel (although it's not essential).

asda instore are selling wii fit plus and board for £69.95. If you buy a Wii at the same time you can buy the Will for £147 - this makes the whole package £216.

Although you can't buy this deal online you can order it for home delivery through their grocery site!!! But whether you can check it's in store I'm not sure.
I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!

I've been looking for a wii fit and balance board and noticed this from Tesco http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.901-5501.aspx Does anyone know if this balance board is similar/different to a wii balance board, notice that it is called a game on balance board. Sounds a good deal but if it not a wii balance board then maybe not compatible with wii fit plus, any ideas?

    Go to Asda.
Buy a Wii and EA Sports Active - More Workouts for £162 (£147 for the Wii and £15 for the game)
Take the game to CEX and get £15 back for it!
    Simples!! :)

    Hi

I am thinking of buying a Wii console but want packages with the sports etc. Is this deal at Sainsbury good or should I hold out. Would I need to buy a lot of extras on top
