If it is the case then, they should not allow any branded items to be sold on eBay (I know it's a bit radical) but why should they pick on people who are selling one or two (which in most cases, their items are genuine) rather than the big fish who are selling by 100s?

those big fish selling 100's are making Ebay more money...in fees.....;)

Try doing a one day auction and hopefully it is too short notice to be removed.(Do it now as sunday evening is a good evening to end on.)

lol I guess you're right but I can definitely say that eBay took its fair share from me as well. I kinda feel a bit better now having released my frustration on here :p But the fight is not over yet...I would even say it just started. I always get these kind of problems...paypal, eBay, RM, customer you name it... I'm becoming a pro at it I should think :D

  • The thing that happens is that some of the competition have emailed ebay to have your listing removed, you can sell genuine licensed used stuff on ebay as you have bought and worn it and now selling it as you don't want it anymore, you will get refund on your listing fees as ebay has removed your listing.

Here is the reply I got from ebay today:

    Hello,

Thank you for writing to eBay. We apologise for the delay in responding.
I understand that you wish to know that why item number *********** was removed from eBay.

After reviewing our database, I found that Item number *********** has
been removed from the eBay Site for administrative reasons. Please
understand that due to eBay's Privacy Policy, I am unable to provide you
with information regarding the details why the item was removed. This is
for the protection of all eBay members. I am only able to inform you
that the listing is no longer on our site.

Sometimes eBay may end a listing early due to any listing irregularities
or violations of eBay listing rules.

I apologise for the inconvenience it has caused you. If you have any
further questions please do not hesitate to contact us again.

    Kind regards,

    Patricia Jackson
    eBay Customer Support

I've already sold the item!!!
