Problem with Three
Hi all..........
I had a major problem with Three today, the most incompetent mobile phone company in the world.
Back in September last year, I had an iPhone 4. I renewed my contract over the phone and been told that an iPhone 4 would be sent to me shortly. The agent also said that if I prefer, I could go to the store and get one which might be quicker. I went to the store since there is one nearby and get a new iPhone 4. I asked them to cancel the delivery by post and they said they would.
To my surprise they still sent one by post. I sent it back by post.
Today, they claimed that "I had two iPhones" and asked me to pay £500 since "they did not receive anything back from me."
I am absolutely furious about this. I sent by post and their agent confirmed receiving it.
What should I do now? Any advice would be greatly received. Totally stressed now!!!
Thanks........

DO you have a certificate of posting, proof of delivery or anything in writing from the three agent?
I'm afraid I dont. It was last year and they have claimed nothing until today. I also received a call from them saying that they received it so I might have thrown the receipts away

It seems strange to me that they would ring to say they had received it .....usualy they would ring to say they hadn't ???I'm afraid I dont. The only chance if you can't find the receipt of postage is to try and work out the date it was sent and which post office and ask the Post Office if they can track it ...we managed to do a similsr thing at work a few years ago but it might have been our regular post office being helpfull. It's not just about the money0
