    In that case, to put it succinctly: No, you are not entitled to your money back under the law (probably not, anyway. But assume you aren't). However, most shops worth their salt will recognise the mistake and refund you.

    To be honest, I had never heard of it until yesterday.
    (I just put some of the return conditions that you gave into Google and found the retailer that way).

    I just bought a 37inch led full hd tv with freeview hd from 1staudiovisual,i ordered at noon on a Wednesday and it was delivered at 10am Thursday morning.It cost £418.

    I had a google at them and couldn't see anything too bad. The reviews were mixed, but erring on the side of good, with about seventy-five/twenty-five in their favour.
