Am I entitled to my money back?

Hi all, Please can anyone help?, having searched the net for a TV, I found a store selling televisions cheaper than other well known stores, So decided to call in and purchase the TV that i looked at online, I paid £700 in cash on 11/6/11 they told me I could pick this up from the store on 14/6/11, So i phoned them today to see if my TV had arrived for me to collect, Its not there, I have since done another search of this store online and found numerous complaints about the store, I think now I would rather purchase the TV from one of the well known stores but would just like to ask the forum 1st if I am entitled to get my cash back?.
Thanks in advance, Robert.

if you bought it at a distance, yes - you have 7 days from after delivery to cancel. as you havent had delivery you can cancel now

'at a distance' means you bought online or on the phone without having face to face contact with someone before the sale. soudns liek you rodere online after looking at a website so you should be OK.

Does the shop have a returns policy?
    Squirrel!
If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

Just found this on there website, links removed..... if you are consumer based in the UK and not a business or organisation then this section applies to you.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases from us. If you change your mind after placing your order you can cancel at any time before the goods are despatched, regardless of the reason. There is no cost for cancelling your order before despatch.
You can also cancel your order within 7 working days from the day following delivery. (Excludes business customers)For Business Customers please refer to out

Surprised no-one's asked yet: Have you contacted them to see if they will let you?
