I believe so, although it's a long time since I did it so I am willing to be corrected. Or you could use a Sky Freesat card in the second box?

You do know that once the multiroom is cancelled you can still use the second box to watch the FTA(...or is it FTV?) channels independently of the main box.

Not sure what you mean here? So are you saying that once multi-room is finished you can still use multi-room?

Not multiroom as in being able to watch subscribed channels on both boxes, but you can still use the second box to watch the free channels.

Once the channel subscription ends, the box will still give you the 'Free' channels with the same viewing card that was used for the Subscription service,She will not, however,be able to use the record/play/pause functions unless she pays Sky £10 a month for the privalidge. However, she can go & buy a freesat PVR that will do the same job as the Sky plus but without having to pay the £10.
