the 'people who consult' should take time out to study the stickies and realise that the 'end of the film'* is - in nearly all cases -the same.

what are the chances of ending up in county court? 1 in 10,000? 1 in a million? ( I'll let someone else do the maths). and even if things get that far, a well- organised defence ends in failure for the bell-ends who run this money-scamming 'industry'.

* doesn't matter how often I watch 'the french connection' I still wish popeye doyle actually nails the drug-dealer.

agree though with the bit about the PPC's bullying; the OP should get reassured -as I said -by the stickies.

I don't actually know who owns the car park.

Anyway, we got a letter back about the "appeal" today and, as everyone predicted, the charge still stands. Time to start ignoring letters from them.
