    ive seen that on here before-- but my engagement ring has been on my finger since 14th feb 2010- and i do everything in it- and it looks brand new still

    can you go to a jewellers and get it cleaned- most of them do this- i know h samuel does and its about £25ish pounds
    and yes platinum is very very expensive

    and if you have a white gold engagement ring then you have to have a white gold wedding ring- if you have another like platinum then it rubs the white gold- and will break it

    ooops, didn't realise you had to have gold if engagement ring was gold! Thanks for the info, it's very useful talking to people that know so much!!
