Evening F_F, (((subscribed))))
Hope Mr F got sorted today. I think you have the MFW bug more than the handbag bug.
I am not on the DFW roll of honour yet but I am making MFW overpayments as I can't find the bit of paper that tells me how much I am supposed to pay each month so I've been rounding it up :rotfl:. I think I must be paying about £4 extra each month this way!One small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!
2015 - my Amazon Gift Certificate mini challenge - saving to buy small household electrical items.
Total £9.120 -

Evening all and special waves to the brave DFWs who have ventured over to this board to say hiya
Not a lot to report today. I [strike]dragged[/strike] accompanied Mr F to the doctors today. No diagnosis as yet, but a strong suspicion that he might have IBS. We managed to spend some time in the garden afterwards so the lawn is now cut and all the weeding is done - all valuable activity for my Weight Watchers plan!
I have spent a little bit - as Father's Day is coming up we bought Mr F's dad four (!!) Chocolate Oranges. I need to package them up and send them tomorrow. I also have my third Weight Watchers meeting tomorrow. I've been eating really well this week and hopefully will have lost a little more weight again.
I've not made any additional money today, but I have made an initial payment of £1.33 into the OP pot. My calculations make my mortgage interest less than £1 a day, so as long as I average out at £30 per month I'm cancelling out the interest. Ideally I will be paying more though.
Thanks as well to all the MFWs who have popped on and said hello/wished me luck - it's very kind of you!

Thats an interesting piece of info - once the dust has settled with our move my plan was to start making minimal additional payments of £1 for each day of the month (£31 for January, £28/£29 for Feb etc) - the interest on our mortgage is going to be way higher than yours but at least it will do something useful . Need to get a proper grip first though!!I do not make mistakes, I learn lessons.I work to live, not live to work.I love to live & live to love.Good enough is exactly that.0 -
