Im doing a party next week with Bodyshop and a handbag lady, hostess looks set to gain lots of free goodies!!! She already has a warmer in the beauticians she ownes and absolutely loves it, she is looking to use her credit and half price items to buy another 2 warmers for her house and a huge selection of scents to go in it! Ill let you know how I get on! Lots of interest from people already doing Bodyshop as they seem to compliment eachother and want to run them side by side :)

    Good stuff Donna!
I had a virtual party this weekend and almost £500 in sales.......so so happy with that!
Meaning its bumped my commissions up very nicely and my team have also done brilliant too,one girl is in her first party almost hit certified!

Add to that convention and that we will have a sneak peek at the new warmers and products it has been a fab week :)

I'm thinking of becoming a scentsy consultant.

Apart from the starter kit can you tell me - are there any other charges or other costs along the way?
Do you process your collected orders online?
    How do you get paid?

thank you for any help :)

  • Hi

Have been thinking about joining this, but the joining fee seems a bit steep. Was wondering if you got £85 back as a refund if it doesn't work and you don't get any orders, as I was thinking about doing a catalogue drop in my local area.

    Many Thanks

    Hi Maddie,
Scentsy will buy back your kit if you do not wish to continue.
Although it is higher start up than some companies(Avon ,!!!!!!!! etc) you do get a lot of kit for your investment.
It is a full size warmer and a Buddy ,plus all 80 testers, books, marketing tools,2 full bars and more.

I have been with them since launch day and love it,great company and the fact you can get hold of them anytime, ask them anything and suggest product ideas etc

Also there is now no minimum target unless you wish to build a team.
£150 every three months for those who have a team, nothing for those who do not(though there must be some sale between August and the new year...i.e a warmer).

There is more news I can't post publicly yet but it is moving very fast :)

I met the CEO and President at our convention last month and found them very warm and genuine people.

Just over 300 consultants now in the UK :)

Oh and also you can work this how you wish,no targets of having to have parties booked etc
I do a lot of one on one sales, basket parties(proving more popular than home parties) and online sales through both my website store and to contacts, and also catalogue.

  • Jasperconran I have replied and thanks

Yes they have introduced the solid perfumes using the basis of 5 of the most popular scents.
I was given the full set at our UK convention by Scentsy and they are well made and very long lasting.
Two I find sweet but I am not a sweet scent person.
One I adore and wear daily now :)

Sold a few of these now to people popping away Christmas pressies early.
If you have seen the Lush solid perfume, same thing but ours are larger sized .
