Hi,
I have been thinking about working from home as I am now on maternity leave and have two kids under two. Liked the idea of scentsy as I read somewhere you can be solely online if you want instead of doing parties. However I don't see much about it and most posts are from 2012-13.
Just wondering if anyone is still doing this and is it worth it?

Hi angelwithdirtywings
Scentsy is still well and truly going, and I think the reason that most of us aren't posting about it so much now is just that we are so busy with it! Which of course isn't a bad thing!
As I think you have read already, you don't need to do parties to be a successful Scentsy consultant. Unlike other party plan companies you don't have to have a minimum number of parties each month, or submit details of new customers, and you certainly don't have anyone pushing you to get out there. The only requirement to remaining an active consultant is to place at least one £150 order once every 3 months.
Once you join you get a free website where customers can purchase from your site, the products get delivered directly to their home and you get the commission - without even having to do anything.
What works best for mums, or people who have a busy home life are basket parties. You get a little basket and pop in a warmer, testers, wax samples, catalogues, order forms (all of which is included in your starter kit) - leave it with a friend/family member/shop/school etc for a week, and then go back a week later to collect the basket and the orders.0
