In June 2011 when I decided that I had a bit of a debt problem (when I thought I was going to get a default from my o2 account)
I had paid off:- Current debt: £7282
- Current amount paid off: £502
- Current weight: 195lbs
- Current onepoll balance: £6.15
- Current eBay total: £180.82
Today 8 months later my balances are:- Current debt: £6983.62
- Current amount paid off: not entirely sure as completely fell off the wagon just before xmas with a new credit card and studio account!
- Current weight: 185lbs
- Current onepoll balance: £15.40
- Current eBay total: No idea. Sold a lot since June!

Just paid off my credit card.
Minimum payment is due on Wednesday... what do they do if it's all paid off? take it anyway?!

Paid another £10 to Studio yesterday... the balance is down to £129 now
They have raised my credit limit up to £400... it's ridiculous I started with £150 in December! No wonder how people get into stupid amounts of debt. Also cancelled my Next account. Never used it and didn't realise when you sign up to the site they open one automatically! Be glad when the debt is all gone and I can close them all! xxx

Think I should tell my mum about my debts, not because I want a hand out or want to make things easier but I know that she would want to know if she knew... if that makes sense?
My parents have always been super careful with their money, mum has a spending diary and everything but I never took their advice, I have never asked for help financially and I guess that's partly why I am in the mess I am.
Scared they will be disappointed but I guess that's the worse they can be...Life is too short not to love what you do.0 -
