The link in the post above does take you to holiday autos but it won't give you 15% off their normal prices, it's an affiliate link which means that the affiliate will be getting commission for anyone who books through that link.
Best thing is to search around, make a note of all the prices and be careful of things like cancellation fees, amendment fees and unclear admin charges that some companies add. Personally I've always found car hire 3000 (https://www.carhire3000.com) to be the cheapest but as I say, it's always worth checking around0
