    Time to let it go and move on, in my opinion, however unfair you may think it is. Not worth making yourself ill over.

    People do tell porkies, especially when justifying themselves to management. If trying to get him to admit to ignoring you is causing you so much stress, especially as you say that him ignoring you doesn't worry you as much as the other aspects of it, then if it were me I think I'd be saying "life's too short" and letting him get on with it.

    As long as he does what he needs to do when doing maintenance for you, you run the risk of being seen as a nuisance if you keep going round in the same circles with complaint, meeting, denial, complaint. If he hasn't admitted it in previous meetings, what makes you think he is likely to do so in the future? Save your energies for more important battles.
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
