They keep it for a very long time in my local store. I still have one order placed a month ago and not yet collect, yet they still send me reminder to collect every few days.

I went in to collect a trunki a few weeks ago, on the day it was supposedly arriving in store. When I got there (at about 5pm) they said it wasnt in, but as the store only shut at 8pm they were within their time. idiots. anyway, i said "if i dont come back for it, as i live 30 miles away, how long before you send it back and refund me?" i asked this as i know some places only hold the item for 7 days, the sales assistant replied with "about 6 weeks, then we will refund you". i dont know how true this is (she might have just been being a pain in the bum) but thats what she said. as it stood i managed to get my sister to nip back 4 days later as she was passing. HTH

Just wondering has anybody collected paint yet??? Mine is supposed to be at the store tomorrow and says its not been dispatched.

I have had an e-mail to say it's ready for collection today - I will be picking up in the morning so will see fingers crossed.

My paint was supposed to be collected today and I havent had a dispatch yet! Still says waiting to dispatch!

I collected 2 orders today.

One order had one bottle of paint missing, but the note said it should be with me in 1-4 weeks.

The 3rd order I'd placed which was just paint (6 bottles) hasn't been dispatched yet.

Looks like all the paint orders are on hold for now!

i had a dispatch email, if i log onto my account it says

Your order would be delivered on June 16, 2011

under each item, i phoned the mothercare store it was being delivered to at lunch time and i was told they don't get their deliveries until 6pm.
i'll go down tomorrow afternoon and see what they say. my mothercare is about 1/4 elc so fingers crossed, if my delivery isn't there i'll push for them to make it up from the store?;)

Just had an email, all of the paints are out of stock and I have to go to Mothercare to get a refund!
