Help, SKY pin block

Hi Everyone
Tonight I was watching a film on Channel 4, well it had only just started then a message came up from SKY asking me to enter my code to watch the film. I managed to get the code wrong 3 times (dont remember setting one up so tries 1111,0000 and 8888) so am now locked out. This has never happened before, its only a cheesy RomCom.
I have a sky+ box but cancelled my subscription last year so only have the FTA channels. All the other channels are working normally.
Any advice?

Reboot the box and try the last 4 digits on Viewing card if you still have it.0

It resets after about 10 mins I think.
Once it does, your PIN is the last 4 numbers on your viewing cardAll I want is the chance to prove money can't buy me happiness
