Download, install, update and run a Full Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.
After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.0 -
Didnt mention the computer now does very little so cant download or even get on the internet i am on my friends for now !! xp recovery scan ?? also when i look at all programs its empty.0

That message/website is a scam, but if whatever malware you have is dragging your machine to a cfrawl and won't let you download anything else, I would suggest a flatten and rebuild - it sounds so deeply screwed it would be easier and quicker to start afresh. Have you got backups of your important files?0

This is ridiculous. It is a simple fix.0 -
Ahhh actually not a simple fix !! Malwarebytes tried to install by data stick but at finish displays message "access is denied" also in bottom left of screen displays " critical error damaged hard drive clusters detected private data at risk" Would nothing at all show up or even partially load in the event of a hard drive failure ???0
