Problem with 'The Geomag Store'

I am still waiting for a Christmas present I ordered.
No delivery in January...I got an initial prompt reply, but then silence after 4 emails.

They can not be contacted via Phone as they have no details.

Are they just on Holiday since January 2011, or are they avoiding my messages and planning to steal my money...

Since then I have found the same item much cheaper on Amazon.
I would suggest people use amazon, cheaper, more secure and efficient.

I also had a problem with no goods being sent by The Geomag Store. I ordered at the end of May and have yet to receive anything. I also did not manage to get any reply via the site. However, this morning I managed to get in touch with a sister company via the "Think Toys" site. This site had a phone number and a very helpful proprietor. Mark on 01902 844380 will deal with any problems.
I'm hoping that this really does work, as obviously I've only spoken to him this morning, but he was very apologetic about the other site and promised the goods would be with me very soon.
I'll let you know how it goes....

Just to let you know that the goods arrived two days after I had talked to Mark. I would advise not using the Geomag Store in future, but going straight to Mark's main website which is The Construction Toy Store.
