I didn't use any points but had my order cancelled and my card refunded anyway. The message was simply 'sorry, no stock'.

Try leaving this guy negative feedback and see how he responds! (Just don't take it personally!)

Matty85 did you use the 500 points to reduce the price, just thinking maybe the ones that used them had their orders cancelled.

Yes I did, and I've checked on online banking and only £19.99 has been debited. Guess I was one of the lucky ones. I had to input my credit card details twice, but then again I didn't save them.

I added 3 screen kits to my basket so it totals £44.99 and £20 postage and checked out. Then I entered my payment details and redeemed the 500 points at the next screen. DO NOT confirm order (otherwise you will get and be charged for 3 screen kits). I then went back to the home page, back into the basket, changet it to 1 screen kit then proceeded to check out again. The 500 point £5 discount was still activated and so I could confirm the order for £19.99, although if the site owners have read this thread then they might have closed the lookhole by now.

Mine arrived an hour ago. Large box with a Royal Mail "small packet" sticker on it. Parcel delivery girl said she had been woring from 5 am and still had plenty of parcels on the van to deliver.

I have not had chance to have a good look at it until the kids go to bed.

Mine arrived at 7am this morning. Quality bit of kit and bargain of the year at £25 delivered. I looked at these last Xmas and they were close to £150. Chose not to use the £5 off tip as at £15 they can't be making any profit on it and while I know the likes of Tesco can absorb "mistakes" it can really hit the smaller ones!

I haven't opened my box yet, but I didn't do the 'trick' to get the £5 off - however I have looked on my bank account and have been charged £36.97 (as expected - for travel kit, steering wheel and delivery) and also have a CREDIT of £11.98, which seems to be a refund of the delivery charge????

UPDATE: SWINES CANCELLED THE STEERING WHEEL AND REFUNDED THAT!!!

I used my points and it arrived today, great quality. In car power adaptor will run any 240v device with a figure 8 power lead as well.
